About Us
Our story began in June of 2019 when Hannah and her pole horse Sue had an unfortunate accident during a jackpot on our way to the State High School Rodeo Finals. During a pole run, Sue lost her footing and fell all the way down with Hannah on board. Not knowing the extent of her injury or how sore she may end up being I reached out to some friends that were already at the rodeo. They told me I should contact a lady who was set up doing PEMF treatments. Not knowing what it was, I was skeptical to say the least, but Hannah and Sue had overcome so much during the season that I figured it wouldn't hurt anything. I was so intrigued by the therapy and what she was explaining to me. The next morning Hannah and Sue had a great run. Sue was feeling fantastic. We decided to give her another round the next day just to see and the two of them went out and won the second round! Figuring we had nothing to lose and a possible trip to Nationals on the line we once again had another treatment done before the short round. We are so grateful that we did as Sue was on fire!! She felt amazing and her performance showed. She finished the short round with the fastest time of the whole finals! We were on our way to Rock Springs Wyoming for the National High School Rodeo Finals. Our story could have been very different if we hadn't taken a chance on PEMF therapy. And we have just grown from there. Adding incredible modalities such as near infrared light therapy and BrainTap technology. In 2024 we stumbled across the holy grail of complimentary services with our Hydration therapy. We can now help optimize not only your health, but also your financial well-being.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that uses low-frequency electromagnetic fields to stimulate and encourage the body's natural healing processes. This technology has been around for decades, with the FDA first approving it for bone fracture healing in 1979.How it Works
The human body is naturally electromagnetic, and our cells have an electrical charge. When a cell is damaged or unhealthy, this charge is often diminished, which can impede its ability to function properly. PEMF therapy works by delivering targeted, low-level electromagnetic pulses to the body. When these pulses penetrate the body, they are believed to:Increase cellular energy: The electromagnetic pulses interact with the mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of cells, leading to increased production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). More cellular energy means cells can repair themselves and function more efficiently.Enhance circulation: PEMF can help improve blood flow and oxygenation to tissues, which is crucial for delivering nutrients and removing waste products from the site of an injury or inflammation.Reduce inflammation: By influencing cellular activity, the therapy can help slow down or stop the release of inflammatory mediators, which can reduce pain and swelling.Stimulate cell repair: The magnetic fields can trigger cellular processes that are essential for tissue regeneration, such as protein synthesis and cell proliferation. What it Can Do
PEMF therapy is used for a wide range of conditions, primarily related to pain, inflammation, and healing. Its applications include:Pain Management: It is widely used to reduce both acute and chronic pain associated with conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and back pain. The therapy's ability to decrease inflammation and increase circulation contributes to its pain-relieving effects.Accelerated Healing: PEMF is particularly well-known for its ability to speed up the healing of bone fractures, especially those that have failed to heal properly (non-union fractures). It's also used to accelerate the recovery of soft tissue injuries, such as muscle tears, sprains, and surgical incisions.Improved Muscle Recovery: Athletes and fitness enthusiasts use PEMF to reduce muscle soreness after intense workouts, enhance performance, and prevent injuries by promoting faster tissue repair.Bone Health: It can be a complementary therapy for conditions like osteoporosis, as it is thought to stimulate bone-building cells and increase bone density.Mental Wellness: Some studies suggest that PEMF may help with mood enhancement and stress reduction by influencing brainwave activity. The FDA has also approved certain transcranial PEMF devices for treating depression.Safety and Considerations
PEMF therapy is generally considered safe and has a low risk of side effects, which are typically mild and temporary, such as a temporary increase in pain or a tingling sensation. However, it is crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning PEMF therapy, especially if you have any of the following conditions or devices:Pacemakers or other implanted electrical devices: The electromagnetic fields can interfere with the function of these devices.Pregnancy: There is limited research on the effects of PEMF on a developing fetus, so it's often advised to avoid it.Epilepsy: In some rare cases, the electromagnetic fields could potentially trigger seizures.
Near Infrared Light (Red Light Therapy)
Near-infrared (NIR) light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular activity and promote healing within the body. It is often used in conjunction with red light therapy, and together, they are a form of photobiomodulation (PBM).The fundamental mechanism behind NIR light therapy involves its ability to penetrate deep into the body's tissues, including muscles, joints, and even bones. The light is absorbed by the mitochondria, often called the "powerhouse" of cells. This absorption helps the mitochondria produce more adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the primary source of energy for cellular processes. With more energy available, cells can function more efficiently, leading to a cascade of beneficial effects. Here are some of the key things near-infrared light therapy is used for:Pain Relief and Reduced Inflammation: NIR light therapy is commonly used to alleviate chronic and acute pain. It can help reduce inflammation, which is a major contributor to pain, and it may also stimulate the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. This makes it a popular treatment for conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and muscle soreness.Injury and Wound Healing: By boosting cellular energy production and increasing blood circulation, NIR light therapy can accelerate the healing of wounds, injuries, and surgical incisions. The enhanced blood flow delivers more oxygen and nutrients to the damaged area while helping to remove waste products.Muscle Recovery: Athletes and fitness enthusiasts use NIR light therapy to speed up muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and prevent delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It helps repair muscle tissues and allows for a faster return to training.Cognitive Function: Research is ongoing, but some studies suggest that NIR light therapy can be used to improve cognitive function. By delivering light transcranially (through the skull), it may boost cerebral blood flow and energy metabolism in the brain, potentially offering a novel approach for treating neurological and psychological conditions.Skin Health: Although red light therapy is more commonly associated with surface-level skin issues, NIR light can also play a role. By promoting circulation and stimulating the production of collagen, it can contribute to a more youthful complexion and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.Hair Regrowth: Some devices are cleared by the FDA for hair regrowth. NIR light may stimulate hair follicles, helping to encourage hair growth and increase hair thickness, particularly for certain types of hair loss. It's important to note that while many studies show promising results for NIR light therapy, more research is still needed to fully confirm all its claimed benefits. However, it is generally considered a safe, non-invasive, and pain-free treatment with no known side effects when used correctly.
BrainTap
BrainTap is a wellness technology that uses a combination of light, sound, and guided visualization to help users achieve a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall mental performance. It is a form of neuro-entrainment, which is the scientific principle that the brain can be guided into specific brainwave states by external rhythmic stimuli. Here's a breakdown of how BrainTap technology works and what it aims to do:How it Works:
BrainTap sessions are delivered through a headset that combines several technologies:Pulsating Lights: The headset's visor and earphones emit gentle, pulsating LED lights. These lights travel through the retina and ear meridians, sending signals directly to the brain. The light frequencies are specifically timed to guide the brain into different states, such as relaxation (alpha waves) or deep meditation (theta waves).Binaural and Isochronic Tones: The headphones play specially engineered audio tracks that include a combination of beats and tones.Binaural beats are created when a different frequency is played in each ear, and the brain perceives a third, "phantom" tone. The brain then mimics this new frequency, helping to guide it into the desired state.Isochronic tones are single tones that turn on and off rapidly. They are very easy for the brain to follow and are effective for brainwave entrainment.Guided Visualization: The audio sessions are not just tones and beats. They are also accompanied by guided meditations and visualizations. These spoken-word sessions are designed to help you focus on specific goals, such as overcoming a negative habit, improving sleep, or boosting confidence.10-Cycle Holographic Music: This is a type of sonic technology that creates a 360-degree sound environment, making the guided visualizations feel more immersive and real.By combining these elements, BrainTap helps to bypass the "fight-or-flight" response, calm the nervous system, and stabilize the limbic system, which is involved in emotion, memory, and motivation. The goal is to move the brain from a state of stress (beta waves) to a more relaxed and creative state (alpha and theta waves) that would typically take years of dedicated meditation practice to achieve.Key Benefits and Applications:
Users often report a variety of benefits from using BrainTap, including:Stress Reduction: It helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and irritability by calming the nervous system and promoting a deep state of relaxation.Improved Sleep: By training the brain to enter more relaxed states, it can help improve sleep quality and promote more restful, rejuvenating sleep.Enhanced Focus and Mental Clarity: BrainTap is used to help tune out distractions, improve concentration, and enhance cognitive function, leading to better decision-making and problem-solving skills.Increased Energy and Mood: By helping to balance brainwave activity, it can alleviate mental fatigue and enhance motivation and a positive outlook.Support for Habit Change: By guiding the mind into a receptive state, it can be used to help replace negative thought patterns and habits with positive ones.Peak Performance: Athletes, students, and professionals use it to improve mental toughness, build resilience, and enhance performance under pressure.BrainTap is considered a non-invasive and drug-free way to promote mental well-being and is often used as a complementary tool in wellness practices.
Hydration Therapy
Cellular hydration is the process of getting water into your cells, which is crucial for every bodily function, from nutrient transport and waste removal to maintaining energy levels. It's not just about drinking enough water; it's about the water being effectively absorbed and utilized at a cellular level. The technology that can create different pH levels of water is called water ionization and it works through a process called electrolysis. An electrical current is passed through water in a chamber with positively and negatively charged electrodes separated by a membrane. This process splits the water molecules into two streams: one alkaline and one acidic. How Different pH Levels Support the Body
This technology produces several types of water, each with a unique pH level and corresponding use:Antioxidant Molecular Hydrogen Water (pH 8.5 - 9.5): This is the water intended for drinking. The electrolysis process enriches the water with dissolved molecular hydrogen (H 2 ), which is a gas with powerful antioxidant properties. When consumed, it is believed to help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, which can cause cellular damage and contribute to aging and disease. This water is meant to support daily hydration and overall wellness.Disinfectant Water (pH 2.5): This is highly acidic water that is not for drinking. Its low pH makes it a strong disinfectant, effectively killing bacteria and other microorganisms. It is used as a natural, chemical-free sanitizer for hands, surfaces, and kitchen tools.Neutral Water (pH 7.0): This water is simply filtered and maintains a neutral pH, meaning it has not been ionized. It is used for specific purposes, such as taking medication, to ensure the medicine's properties are not altered by a different pH level. It's also suitable for preparing baby formula.Other Supportive Waters: The technology can also produce other types of water for external uses, such as a slightly acidic Beauty Water (pH 6.0) used as a skin toner and a highly alkaline Cleaning Water (pH 11.5) for washing produce and degreasing.
